Unfortunately you missed the most beautiful statue of Buddha in Thailand; Phra Buddha Chinnarat which was built since Sukhothai kingdom. It is very close to Phitsanulok railway station. I've been to Phetchaboon and Wat Pah Sorn Kaew forth times. It has a new things to see and always amazes me every time. There're many beautiful resort with amazing view in Khao Khor, Petchaboon such as The Blue Sky Resort, Pino Latte Resort, Sunset Resort, At Tree Resort, etc. The best time for a good weather, green mountain view in Petchaboon are November to February but if you love the sea of mist in the mountain please visit around end of rainy season in September.

Great movie guys Hiring a car is great we did it November and drove Chiang Mai to Lampang Kamphaeng Phet Petchabun Phitsanulok and Prae. Petchabun was our favourite 😊 Watching the bats fly in the evening in Phitsanulok was amazing too. 😊

Phitsanulok and Phetchabun, you should travel during the winter (Nov.-Jan.) to experience the cold weather. and the beauty of wild flowers at Phu Hin Rong Kla Place where former members of the Communist Party used to set up military bases And when the mission is accomplished, they will go up to wave the flag at Pha Chu Thong. (At present, the former Communist Party members have become all participants in the development of the Thai nation. and will act as a guide telling you about the battles of the past) Phetchabun in the winter, you can see the beauty of the sea of mist in the morning. ❤

You missed out on visiting the most beautiful Buddha statues in Thailand. It is the most respected by Phitsanulok people. There was also the chan loyal palace here. Both locations are located along the Nan Phitsanulok has many places for you to experience. I sincerely hope that you will come back to visit Phitsanulok again. Have a nice trip. For Wat Phra Thart Pa Sorn Kaew in Petchabun that it is new famous place . There is 5 White Buddha , it is meaning in Buddhism , Buddha is in the past , in the present and in the future . The last Buddha will come to the earth in next 2000 Years for help the people to live in the land of happiness and peaceful.

It’s called Wat Phra That Pha Sorn Kaew. A little over an hour outside of Phitsanulok. We rented a car as it was kinda far, but I’m sure people have done it on bikes 🤷‍♀️ I guess it would depend on how comfortable you are. Good luck!! It’s a cool temple 😍

mmm I'm not sure.. it was something less than a 5 minute walk from the train station (the one positive 🤣) and I think it was like 400 baht for the night? So luckily pretty cheap....but definitely the worst place we've stayed in Thailand lol!!

Phitsanulok has many cheap and nice hotel but the hotel which u stayed is too old. I think the hotel near the Nan river is better, it’s near WatYai too. (WatYai which The most beautiful Buddha statue located in)

I believe it! We just booked this one as we were arriving very late and it was close to the train station. Next time we go to Phitsanulok we'll have to stay somewhere close to the river! ❤️
