Most hotels can do laundry for you. (It will cause a pretty penny, but they will do it.) If you hand it to them in the morning by their cut of time, you usually get your clothes back by 3pm or end of business day. You can most likely hand them the laundry any time, but it is possible they will just send it to the launder the next day. It kind of depends on the location and the establishment I suppose.
