I worked 1 year in a hospital-outpatient based setting for a good company. I loved each of my co-workers and felt so comfortable in only seeing 9-10 patients a day for an hour. However, when an ortho sports medicine clinic offered me a job, I couldn't pass up the opportunity, and I'm glad I didn't. I don't feel like I burned any bridges but I was surprised at the lack of communication post-resignation from my old job. I used to talk outside of work with each of my colleagues, now I never hear from them.
