whats up farmerpickel how do you make money with the driver when the recruiting agancy charge so much for drivers pay. example: driver makes 354/deliver + 21.57/mile and the load might only pay 6500?

In the beginning it’s a losing battle, you need to overwork to make up for it probably. Once the workers level up they start making good money, takes a while though.
