Hi there, What fun perusing the covered passages. The "bottle shop" that you stumbled upon at the end is a Neopolitan pizzeria called Pizzeria Popolare. Yum! They have a few salads and desserts and as you saw, plenty of booze! 😉

I wonder how much those tiles with hearts, flowers, R,O,Y ...etc.. cost.

Assuming you mean the Sid Dickens tiles on the wall in that one sorta glitzy store I went into. If so, I was interested too. I found the website. They are a little pricey but for a little splurge, you can buy them online. I want to get at least one. Here's a link to that website. www.siddickens.com/

Hello Ann, is it possible to rent an apartment just for one month in Nice? From AirBNB it is too expensive for one month.

I don't know what's available here in Nice, to be honest. I know some people use a rental agency called Pebbles to rent for a few months at a time. You could try them. We have always just used Airbnb when we came to Nice before moving here. In past cities, I found that the security deposits on rentals through other agencies tied up a lot of money for a while. Airbnb has fees, yes, but just from past experience, renting in Paris, for example, it was less expensive than an apartment rental place. You could also check with the hotels and see what they would want for a month in an efficiency type room. They do exist. We met someone yesterday staying at a hotel in a room with a kitchen. I don't recall the name of that hotel though.
