The one combination that I really like with my A/D is running a Digitech Polara on Reverse setting into a Canyon on Tape Delay for the effects loop. It's got this amazing, ethereal sort of sound. Can barely tell the tone's from a guitar since there's essentially no dry signal. By far one of my favorite pedals, up there with the Dyno-My-Roto and the Oceans 12.

This is a really great demo - thank you. May I ask you to consider including your playing as part of the video? It’s nice to see what you’re giving the pedals and how they react.

Thanks for the suggestion! Right now I don’t have the setup to use multiple cameras. But I’ll keep it in mind for future videos.

@@AmbientExplorationyou can record your playing using a camera phone and add it in later :)

@makingmusiconline2309 my phone is my primary camera! Maybe I can make it work in the future

@@AmbientExploration I wondered, it looks great though. I still have my old phone so I can use that as a second camera even without a SIM in it. My old phone has a cracked screen, but that doesn't affect the recording :D (maybe you have a friend who had to replace their phone due to a broken screen?)

@makingmusiconline2309 I might be getting a new phone next year, so I can use the old one as a second camera. Thanks for the idea!

I don’t think I’m grasping the benefit of an FX loop with this pedal. Could you educate me on that please?
@AmbientExploration Жыл бұрын
The Attack Decay working properly depends on it sensing the attack of your guitar (mono mode especially). If you put an effect before the A/D that obscures the attack (like reverb) you might nog get the volume swells you would like. By putting the effect in the fx loop, the pedal will first sense the attack from your dry signal and then route it throught the fx loop. There’s a picture of the internal signal chain in the manual. Hope this helps!!

I don't really get the effects loop... Why not just add the mooer reverb Infront or after the AttackDecay?
@AmbientExploration3 жыл бұрын
If you put the reverb in front of the Attack Decay it has a harder time tracking your notes for the swells. When the reverb is in the effects loop it is added to the signal after the ‘pluck detection’ and the fuzz but before the volume control. So you’d be able to control the volume of the effect with the Attack Decay. You can also do some cool routing tricks with the send/return jacks. Check out the manual for more info!

@@AmbientExploration ah yes I get it! Maybe u could explain the other uses? I've checked the manual but I really don't understand 💪😅
@AmbientExploration3 жыл бұрын
I think number 3 and 4 of the tips in the manual are interesting. So if you want to use the attack decay just as a distortion pedal you can use the Send jack as the output instead of the regular output. The left footswitch will turn the distortion on and off. The other thing is that you can trigger the volume envelopes (so the attack and decay) of one instrument with another instrument. So for instance if you connect a synth to the return jack and a guitar to the main input you can control the swells on the synth with your guitar (no guitarsignal should come through).
