Ayran is the Dogh that is given the Turkish name. The types of kebabs belong to Iran and were later exported to other countries.

Thank you for this video. I’ve watched it twice so far. My question is what is that white liquid you are pouring on Ghorme sabzi and Fesenjoon? If it’s Kashk it’s wrong. We also eat these stews with rice. It’s too much flavor when you eat them alone. One spoon of rice with a little bit of the stew to the side. Ghorme sabzi, by the way, is made with 3 herbs which is the mixture of Shallots, Parsley and small amount of Savory (Shambalile).
