As a Black American, I really love Ethiopia. I was there in Addis back in January of this year. And the new piazza did not look like this. I'll be in Addis again in early July. I will check it out when I'm there. Looks amazing!

So much upgrading and construction work that's being undertaken in Addis Ababa and so quick.. I guess I am not the only one who'd like to see it all in person.. Ethiopians abroad and in other African countries are probably proud to see their country getting better.. I predict that Addis Ababa is likely going to experience a tourism boom in the near future.. Thanks for packaging it all for us dear.. Luv.

Thank you Feti for uploading this video and showing the updates on the ancient Piasa area, including the Adwa Historical Museum. The area outside the museum is very beautiful and has become a place to visit. The museum displays the history of the Battle of Adwa, and Ethiopia’s victory over the colonialists. I would like the entrance fee to the museum to be a symbolic amount so that everyone can entry is easy to learn about this beautiful history, but the entry ticket for non-Ethiopians must be paid in dollars, and this does not enable many people to enter, due to the amount itself on the one hand and because the visitor in most cases does not carry a dollar currency with him, let alone African visitors who are from African countries. They resemble Ethiopians and therefore they should have been treated like Ethiopians. In any case, salute to you whoever stood behind these updates to increase the beauty of this already beautiful city

I fear the people not to make it dirty ! The people do not understand cleans ! They need more educational how to be clean and keep the environment clean too !
I've been watching your videos (and African Tigress) to prepare for my move to Addis in August. Thanks so much for sharing these and giving me a look of things to come. Any chance you can show around South Africa St. or the area near ICS?

The buildings around seem bog standard and better needs to be built.look at skyline for example, what Piasa needs is excellent buildings like that. Not the bog standard crap that we see there. There is so much space there, they can build news ones on them

What’s Adwa? Can you explain? You just keep saying,Adwa and Piassa….

It would have been more nice if you also show people who were forcefully evicted from their homes and their house demolished . There are two sides to a story

U started talking & u forgot to record. Come on sis.
Water drainage system on the main roads does look to be in place. When it rains, its not going to look nice. Why did not think about water drainage? I also think there needs to be electronic billboard advertising on the buildings. With lights it will look fantastic. Private investors would do the work as long as they use it for teir own advertising. A bit better planning will need to be done. A massive mall, eat out areas, coffee and pastry shops are needed in such a public gathering area esp for tourists. Why has enrico , a terrific pastry shop not expanded? They must have really bad business management. They need to have a bigger place and even open several branches. Baklava shops etc. It needs event hosts because people don't just come to see building, they need a mall to shop at, excellen food to eat, coffee shops etc.
