Exploring Rays Rocks Offroad Park in Missouri with the UTVs!

We made another trip to Rays Rocks Offroad Resort in Missouri to see what all they have added since the last time we rode here. We explored a lot of the trails and found some new ones along the way!
There are trails for all types of off-roaders but more of the climbs can be a little more on the challenging side so be ready!

Your video was very helpful, entertaining and full of good information. I'm from Kentucky and I work in private security. I took a job in Missouri for a few months doing some asset Management protection at Rays Rocks. I was doing some research and came across your video.

It’s definitely a good day trip especially if you are close! Some of the stuff out there is pretty wild though. We have seen some crazy videos of the ledges and tried to walk up some of them. Basically a vertical climb on some of them

I bent both crossmembers on my Pro XP before I even made it to the first oil change. I'm pretty impressed overall with the rest of the machine. I'm thinking a tube chassis may be in my future.

Yeah mine has held up pretty well for what I have put it through. It’ll be interesting to see how it does at the track this year. I really want to do a full chassis for racing but it wasn’t in the budget. Hoping that’s where we are headed though if all of the racing works out!

@@SchmidtysOffroad I don't race but like to hill climb and a tube chassis has a lot of advantages as well as safety over a stock body. I've been looking into the L&W fab lower frame kit. I've built a dune buggy frame before and a guy I know used to build rock crawlers and he's willing to help, so I'm going to build my own. I think I can build it for around 4k with the L&W fab kit and dom tubing. I have done a-arms, radius rods and trailing arms on my machine so I have most of the beefed up suspension components needed. I'm just starting out my channel and I'm definitely going to do some build videos. Good luck with your racing, I hope it gets you where you want to be.

Krx is just so much better in the rocks , I’ve been watching close on a lot of channels and it seems like the RZR struggles with that type of rock riding .

For sure. I would be curious to see how the new turbo r is though. It comes clutched for 32” tires and has better low range. The stock pro xp with 32” tires really needs a clutch kit. I slip the belt a lot doing this type of stuff. The KRX is for sure made for the rocks
