You should have gone to Tai Tung restaurant. It was Bruce Lee's favorite restaurant when he lived in Seattle as a teenager. Nothing has changed in the restaurant in 60 years. The booth that Bruce and his friends shared is still there.

3:08 as someone who speaks Mandarin Chinese, this street sign is in Japanese.

I will say the majority of the street signs are in Mandarin Traditional. But this one specifically is japanese in Hirigana with some Kanji
