I just discovered this channel and as a long time fan of Japan and other creators in Japan, your videos stand out as extremely helpful to folks who are planning their 3+ trip. Tons of detail on hidden gems, love all the links you drop and the no BS jump right into it flow. Keep it up!

Thank you Andrew, I will be at Hakata station in November and I took good note of your suggestions. I am also going to Kyoto and will follow your recommendations for visiting the hidden gems in that area. Thank you so much.

Thanks for putting this together! We're hoping to do Fukuoka on our next trip to Japan and I'm already dreaming of the tonkotsu ramen.

That bus directly to the international terminal, gotta remember that! And same for that rooftop, love such spaces. As for food, I'd leave the ramen for the yatai, but have another favorite place inside the station: Teppan Tenjin Horumon! 😋

Thanks for the good information. Next trip we will be going to Kagoshima, so Hakata Station might be added as a stop as well.👍

Sounds great! Enjoy Kagoshima too, being close to a volcano is quite exciting!

@@ihaveseverefrootsnackism Oh yeah, Miyazaki is a LONG way down. How are you getting there?

@@japanunravelled I have a day trip organized by guides that goes to takachiho gorge from the mount aso area. Otherwise, if I go back into the prefecture, it's probably en route from kagoshima.

Yeah, that's smart. I happened to get in via the railway on the east coast. Such a long ride that was. Kurokawa Onsen is a great spot too in the area.
