Friendly note. The suns heat warms up the moisture in the soon to be dead leafs causing humidity. The humidity is caught by the tarp and the rock creates a low point for the water to collect and drip into container. Love this series! Keep up the hard work

@@olenhol2przez4 if you have fire then yes (boil salt water). But the heat from the sun doesn’t create a lot of moisture out of salt water compared to freshly trimmed grasses.

The reason you need fresh leaves under the still is they contain moisture which evaporates and is caught by the tarp on the tripod and the rock in the center of the tarp is to create a drip point for the water to drip into a container set under it

Couple of things, if you eat emergency rations you regain all stats. Also you have to put palm leaves under the water collector for it to work. Love the videos.

Keep your inventory empty and organise loot into the crates and Then carry the crates in your inventory when sailing(do not put anything loose on the raft)! Fibrous leaves or ferns can be used on the water still, plus fibrous leaves can also fill a fire! Clay is always in the shallow water on the east of every island, collect and store ALL potatoes you find, use for fuel. Make raft 3x3 and use planks to build shelves on your raft to hold your crates.

Drae, a few tips, you need to put fibrous leaves under the water collector. I don't you if you already know this, but you can fill the boxes and carry them in your inventory (collect all the boxes and increase your inventory).

The reason for the fronds in the water collector is that the water in them evaporates out, and gets caught by the tarp, and drips down into the coconut.

The way the water still works is the heat from the sun comes down onto the plant fibers/palm fronds which causes the water in the plat to evaporate and collect on top of the tarp, and it slides down the tarp to collect into the coconut.

So a tip with the coconuts is you can drink or eat 2 coconuts and to avoid the diarrhoea if you do more you need to wait 10 ingame seconds before drinking or eating more so 2 at a time waiting 10 seconds before you can do 2 more

DRAE. You need to build a gasoline still in the build menu in order to produce gas for your engine. You cant find gas at all you NEED to make it. Building that gas still takes stuff from other workstations too I think.
