i believe real life Trebuchets used a sort of net. It would unhook when launching. It's part of the reason they worked better than catapults, since it would act like a sling. The one in the game, seems like a sort of mix between the two. Using a trebuchet's winch and sling, but a catapult's basket. Probably for physics purposes.

Hopefully they fixed the engine lagging when lots of objects are moving on screen. People say it's hardware related, that's a massive lie, the game engine is struggling while the i9 13900k and 4090 are just like "is that it? That's nothing."

Meteor shower is like an improved version of the asteroid strike, the individual ones are weaker but the explosions are better and theres an option to have a meteor shower, so they automatically come down around you and there are settings to the intensity of it
