*Backbiting is ONLY HALAL for a sound religious purpose that CANNOT be achieved except by using it1️⃣Complaint because of an injustice such as complaining to a ruler, judge or others in authority:A person may say "I was treated unjustly by so-&-so in such & such matter2️⃣Seeking help to change a Munkar (wrong deed) & to correct the wrongdoers:A person may say "A person does such & such, so stop him." His intention should be to check the Munkar. If this is not the case, then the statement is Haram3️⃣Seeking a Fatwa:A person may state to the Imam, Mufti or Shaikh "My father, brother or so-&-so has treated me unfairly. Is that act Halal? & how do I get out of this situation? How do I obtain my rights?" This way of seeking a Fatwa is Halal. However, it is safer & more preferable to say whatever would be said about a non-specific person as doing such & such as anonymously as possible4️⃣Warning Muslims against evil & advising them. This could include criticism of untrustworthy narrators or witnesses. This is HALAL by Ijma, rather it is mandatory & the benefit is very clear. Such as consulting in the matters of marriage or a business partnership. In this case the person consulted should not hide anything about the concerned person. He MUST mention the faulty qualities only with the intention of benefiting the consultant5️⃣Mentioning the person who indulges in Haram or Bid'ah openly. This would include mentioning those who openly drink Khamr or those in positions of authority doing wrong. It is permissible to mention the sin of such a person🚷However, it is prohibited to mention the person with a different sin unless there is a reason that makes it HALAL to do so for that sin6️⃣Identifying a person. If a person is known by a descriptive nickname, such as AlA'mash (squint-eyed), AlA'raj (1 who walks with a limp) or AlAsamm (deaf), then it is HALAL to use these names for identification purposes BUT it is NOT ALLOWED to use these names if the intention is to insult the person🚷If its possible to identify such person by using another descriptive name, then it is better & preferable* *_Did the salaf backbite against open sinners or innovators⁉️🔥It is NOT considered backbiting when talking about the people of desires & innovation & those who oppose the Salaf:Al-A'amash reported that Ibrahim (AnNakha'i) said: "There is no backbiting with regard to (talking about) the innovator." [1] 🚫AlHasanAlBasri said: "There is no backbiting with regard to (talking about) the innovator or the sinner who openly professes his evil." [2]& he also said: "There is no backbiting when it concerns the people of innovations." [3]AlFudayl IbnIyyad said:Whoever enters upon a person of innovation, then he has no sanctity (i.e. protection from being talked about)."[4]Sufyan IbnUyainah said:Shu'abah used to say: 'Come let us backbite for the sake of Allah Azza wa Jal‼️_*

It reminds me of the souphis who said be like a body for janaza and don't ask questions... that is more extreme then Quran 9 :31, Quran 21 :7 says ask scholars but Quran 12 :108 says follow and call to proof, middle path. Souphism divides on tales and dulls the mind while Islam teaches unity & knowledge to grown and then the ummah wonders why they are behind, maybe yq thought g0g and m0g0g were souphis which is what he liked that theory of his friend.

Unfortunately there are community in rural places that still practice the Tareeqah, haqiqat, and makrifat gibberish. At first I thought these were part of learning Islam to increase my iman and then I start being doubtful when they say there are certain levels and restrictions to learn. Akhi I used to watch Sheikh Nazim's video everyday! Every morning after Fajr I would watch a video of SufiLive. I would curse every video such as this one which spoke against the Tariqa Naqshbandi. Then one day, I was reading Ibn Kathir's Tafsir and one of my Sufi friends cursed Ibn Kathir. He said "the likes of Ibn Kathir criticize the Awilya of Allah." After that I read more about Ibn Kathir out of interest, and then Ibn Taymiyyah, the Al Albani and then the teachings of Ibn Hanbal. Alhamdulillah I have left my Sufi ways and now only follow the Quran and Sunnah. I am quite surprised myself! I used to watch videos against Salafiyyah and now I'm watching videos against Sufism. Subhanallah!

@@shaikmatheen4464 I don't have a definite answer or solution. But what I can suggest is to start reading books of Hadith. You can buy an abridged version of Sahih Bukhari by Darussalam from an Islamic book store. If you don't know Arabic, then please try reading the translation of the entire Quran first with abridged Tafsir. After this, *if you are confused about which scholar/opinion to follow,* always refer to the Quran and Hadith. Always look for proof in the Quran and Sahih/Hasan hadith, and then follow that opinion. If you look closely, the majority of Sufi beliefs do not exist in the Ahadith.

Some sufis follow the madhab of imam shafii when it comes to fiqh but do they not know that imam shafii said regarding them “if a man were to embrace sufism in the morning you would find that he had turned into a fool before dhur came in.” So they take fiqh from imam shafii but not aqeedah. You also see them making dua do graves when every muslim reads the verse in fatiha, “You ˹alone˺ we worship and You ˹alone˺ we ask for help.” multiple times a day. Allah also says in the quran 2:186 “When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way.” Akhi there is much more evidence than this in the quran and sunnah. Reading surah alfatiha alone should he enough evidence for the sincere heart. May Allah guide you and me and allow us to die upon tawheed and the sunnah of the messenger of Allah (peace and blessing be upon him).

As someone who was born and raised atheist , my heart was burning with fire and rage against any religion especially islam . Every man with a beard that talked about sharia rules, allah , quran or whatever . i would spit on them and would even promote anti islamic ideologies . I was happy in life , i was not in need of anyone ''advising me' . Until i met this man named sheikh nazim, who indeed was the head of the naqshibandi order as u have seen in the video . Somehow , he managed to fill my heart and thoughts with love and respect for rasulullah sws and before i knew it i was praying 5 times a day.nothing less nothing more... this was 8 years ago, and here i am still fasting and praying and trying to hold as much sunnah from rasullah sws as possible as that teacher taught me. so i have to say this video is a bit exaggerating which i understand if u look at it from a distance and especially edit and cut out bits from entire pieces , because it almost even made me a bit restless and even claustrophobic . which in reality is not true. What saddens me the most is that u brothers take effort in making video's against naqshibandi , meanwhile youtube channels like ''Apostate Prophet''exists where they openly mock the prophet sws and islam. I believe u should not bother anyone who said the shahada especially in these end of times where we need each other the most. The time to deal the with the differences amongst Muslims will come..but that is far from now. salaams to u all.

Hamdu li Allah I am a Muslim who follows the Quran and sunnah and I'm athari in creed These Sufis have different types as explained by Sheikh Othman Al-Khamis. They are not all of one type I come from a country that has traditions of the Sufis, and among them are sheikhs who fought colonialism and preserved the survival of Islam in the country when the colonizers fought it I say this as a matter of fairness, although I am not a Sufi hamdu li Allah May Allah guide them and guide us all it is sad to see people have gone astray to this far degree.

If you want to be a Hanbali, why not follow the Hanbali's or Ahl al-Hadith pre-ibn Abdulwahab. Unless you are of the opinion that everyone before ibn Abdulwahab was upon Batil and misguidance? Quran 6 : 89. They are those whom We gave the Book, Al-Hukm (understanding of the religious laws), and Prophethood. But if these disbelieve therein (the Book, Al-Hukm and Prophethood), then, indeed We have entrusted it to a people (such as the Companions of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) who are not disbelievers therein. (Just like Quran Hadith books have Manuscripts) Other Ayat which speaks of multiplicity of revelation. Quran 2 :129 - Lord, raise up from among them a Messenger who shall recite Your Revelations to them and teach them the Book الْكِتَابَ and Wisdom الْحِكْمَةَ and purify their lives. You art All-Powerful and All-Wise" Answered in : Quran 2 : 159 - We sent the Messenger to you from among you, who recites to you Our Revelations آيَاتِنَا; who purifies your lives; who instructs you in the Book الْكِتَابَ and in Wisdom الْحِكْمَةَ and teaches you those things that you did not know. Quran 3 : 164 - it is the great favour of Allah to the Believers that He has raised up in their midst from among themselves a Messenger who recites to them His Revelations آيَاتِهِ, purifies their lives and teaches them the Book الْكِتَابَ and Wisdom الْحِكْمَةَ, though before this these very people had been in manifest error. Quran 4 : 113 - Had not the Grace of Allah and His Mercy been upon you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), a group of them would have determined to mislead you. But they do not mislead except themselves, and they will not harm you at all. And Allah has revealed to you the Book and Wisdom الْحِكْمَةَ, (Sunnah or legal ways) and has taught you that which you did not know. And ever has the favor of Allah upon you been great. Quran 16 : 44. With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) the Dhikr [reminder and the advice (i.e. the Qur'an)], that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought. Quran 33 : 4 - And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allah آيَاتِ اللَّهِ and wisdom الْحِكْمَةِ. - Even for Ahl Bait! Thus (it is sent down in parts), that We may strengthen your heart thereby. And We have revealed it to you gradually, in stages. (It was revealed to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in 23 years.). How do we know the order of the prayer, including how to start it? Quran 2 : 43. And perform As-Salat, and give Zakat and bow down (or submit yourselves to Allah) along with Ar-Raki'un (the bowers). How do we know in Medina the Qibla was Jerusalem before it was the Kaba Mecca per Quran? Quran 2 : 143. And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you. And We did not make the qiblah which you used to face except that We might make evident who would follow the Messenger from who would turn back on his heels... 144. ... So turn your face toward al-Masjid al-Haram. How do we know what is the detail of Zakat amounts & it's types like on food or money? Quran 6 : 141 - And it is He Who produces gardens trellised and untrellised, and date-palms, and crops of different shape and taste (their fruits and their seeds) and olives, and pomegranates, similar (in kind) and different (in taste). Eat of their fruit when they ripen, but pay the due thereof (its zakat according to Allah's Orders 1/10th or 1/20th) on the day of its harvest, and waste not by extravagance . Verily, He likes not Al-Musrifun (those who waste by extravagance), - this ayat is the Mohsin Khan Translation version which added the details from hadith in parenthesis proving the point that hadith is needed to clarify many actionable concepts in Quran. This also shows Zakat is to be given in food as well, another example of that is Zakat Fitr which in hadith is originally given in food. Quran 9 : 34. O you who have believed, indeed many of the lawyers and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment. - What is hoarding and the limit to be spent regarding liquidity? Again explained in Hadith. How does once reconcile Quran 2 :62 that ahl kitab were once saved & Quran 3 :85 saying Islam is the only acceptable religion to Allah now? Answer : Sahih Muslim 153, Book of Iman. Etc.

He said, nowdays, they claim, Allah, Himself ordered the Muslims to celebrate Mawlid. Which verse? *INA ALLAH WA MALAA IKATAHUU YUSALUUNA 'ALANABIY YA AYUHA LADIINA AMANOO SALAU ALEYHI WA SALIMUU TASLIIMA* .. Qur'an 'Ajiib. If any person, read these two verses, no one would understand, it means Mawlid. *They have no knowledge of this, nor did their forefathers. What a terrible claim that comes out of their mouths! They say nothing but lies* .. Qur'an The salaf agreed upon to boycott Ahlul bidah, and to have enmity towards them. Ya Ayuha Sufi, are you better than Abu bakr-Siddiq, May Allah be pleased with him, he is the best man that walked upon the face of the earth, after the Prophet, blessings and salutations upon him and after all the Prophets and Messengers, peace and blessings be upon them all. *No* , you are *NOT* better than him, even if Allah gave you billion years. So, how come Abu bakr-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, never celebrated Mawlid. As a matter of fact, no one did it, until the 4th hijrah, the "Fatimiyoon"--Shia, began this disease. So, this "Blessing" called Mawlid, were hidden from the best people. On top of this Mawlid, they do a lot of *shirk* ... Audobillah. *Indeed Bid'ah leads to missguidance and missguidance Leads to Hell* .. May Allah protect us from any bidah, (innovation), and keep us firm upon Qur'an wa Sunnah as it was understood by salaf-as-salih. Amen. May Allah's peace and blessings be upon our beloved Muhammed, his noble wives, his noble companions, his noble family and whoever follow them until the day of judgment. Amen.

Ameen. Sheikh is really one of my heroes. Not just because he revived islam, but because he did it while on mongol invasion. So he didn't just went against the norm, he also fought it, and came out successful. Thats a unimaginable feat, even for so called non muslim heroes. That takes a lot of courage, planning and good execution. The level of these people is really fascinating. Even smaller revivers like MIAW. I mean, the confidence he had and the strength to fight against the big sufi and ashari establishments of that time and still have a long lasting impact truly is just fascinating. I always wonder, If MIAW was not there, saudis would be grave worshippers. And if that was the case, they wouldn't spread salafism across the world and if that was the case, probably i would have been a sufi. Because i was born in a sufi family. Alhamdulillah for these revivers.

These people believed this to be a means of success and received great rewards from this practice. Whenever Imam Shafa’i (Allah is pleased with him) was in Baghdad, he would go to the shrine of Imam Abu Hanifah (Allah is please with him) and seek blessings from him. He said, whenever I am in need, I offer two units of salah and then go near his grave. Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal said, “Imam Shafa’i is such a great person that he is like the sun for mankind.” (Shawahid Al-Haq) Seeking help from Allah using the deceased as a medium is a tradition of our most beloved Prophet (peace be upon him). He (peace be upon him) would use himself and the past prophets and messengers as a medium in his supplications. For example, “When the mother of Ali Ibn Ab Talib passed away, the Prophet (peace be upon him) supplicated to Allah in these words, “O’ Allah, forgive my mother, Fatimah Bint Asad and make spacious the place she shall enter through your Prophet and through the Prophets that were before me (that have passed away).” (Ibn Hiban, Imam Hakim and Imam Tabrani in his Al-Kabeer and Al-Awsat)

SubhanAllah, how every sect claims to be on the right path and supporter of Imam Mahdi AS. I personally , am from sunni deobandi background. But when I started to tell my family and my surroundings about real Deen, Qur'an and Sunnah. They all called me wahabbi then I came to know its actually a term devised by these people. Deobandis unlike these are much closer to Quran and Sunnah. But at the end, its not a deobandi or a salafi. Its always a Muslim who is right. May Allah save us from sects and may Allah unite the Ummah.
