I like Taiwan and I will definitely go back here. Maybe you mentioned it and I missed it, but worth noting that the statue of the person at Mermorial Park was Chiang Kai-shek, former leader of China, who fled with his government and army to Taiwan about 1949 to excape the Communist takeover of China by Mao Tse Tung.
