Hell of an adventure. I'm binging your trip here in Chicago on Feb 2 , 2024. I own a Piaggio Liberty 150 and I so envy you , even with a few "mis-adventures", like the trip to the quarry at the mountain top. Around here is nothing but flat prarie, and boring, except maybe riding along the Lake Michigan coast or along the Fox River . Excellent commentary, and a few real language words mixed in make it that much more authentic. Glad you made it safe. Donny was a champ. too.

I'm glad you're enjoying it and thank you for watching. Why not take that Liberty to the rocky mountains, it can do it!

Just came across your videos and enjoying every minute, especially these series. Have you spent any time in the U.S.? Some of your words and expressions point to that. I always wondered how far a little scooter can go. Seen some people travel the world on Vespas. I am trying to get back to biking after 31 years. All the best. (I will be 61 soon)
@RideWithAlex Жыл бұрын
I have never been to the north american continent, just watched shows and youtubers. If you're almost 61 and want to get back into riding get something like a 300cc scooter and you can do anything you want with it. No trip is too long.

In 1980, several 200cc Vespa PX's from a French team rode the Paris Dakar rally and made it over the finish line.

Glad to know you're safe and healthy, back home!!! I was wondering for such a long time what happened to you, no activity here, nothing, no trace to follow, just a few new comments... Take care of yourself and restart your healthy daily life! (French Alps are still there, you know? 😋 )

Alex, watch Marc Travels his channel, he is a German traveling the world on an electric motorcycle. He is in India now. What you see here on car roofs, they transport triple of that on a moped. And what we transport on a truck, in India they put that on a small car. And what Indians transport on a 18 wheeler, we would transport that on a super tanker.

I am not trynna play the smart guy here, still, I would have a simple suggestion for the next trip if that doesn't bother you: have a map and mark your route with a black marker on the map and show it to the viewers at the end of the day, so they can better understand where you're going ;)
