"When the student is ready, a teacher shall appear" - Zen proverb. When I first heard it, I took it literally. Only in time did I realize that our experiences (the good and the horrible) are our teachers. When listening to Caroline Myss, I feel as though I'm just being reminded of all of this - I already know it on some profound level. Perhaps it's because I recall when I lived this way and somewhere along the way, I got lost. And, it's no wonder the way I've been feeling. She truly teaches us how to walk along the path of enlightenment . . . It's only a matter of deciding when we are ready to change.

Caroline Myss is talking about something really profound and mysterious. She is describing how the non-physical/electromagnetic energy forces of the universe work; and how our own internal worlds work. The internal world seems to be the most infinitely complex; strange; and dynamic aspect of our existence in this dimension.

Me Too really brought out something from my past that I never really mourned. I was violated as a child and told my parents late in life when I turned 20. When I watched Lady Gag's song on the Oscars Till it Happens to You and as she was singing it I just broke out crying when I saw all these women stepping out onto the stage and I just let it go. I realized I hadn't given myself an opportunity to mourn my innocence of childhood that was taken away from me. It was great to see others coming forward and saying Me Too. Women need to unite.

I believe babies come into this life with a highly evolved consciousness. As part of the human experience, we quickly forget this and we are ' programmed' by the experience of living in our separate bodies, as part of a family and in a particular society. See ' Life before Life' by Helen Wambach. Our job in this life, as I see it, is to grow through and out of the ego ( which we need to have to exist in this life) and grow in love in order to refind our connection with the Universal Consciousness

Honestly, I’ve been searching for so long for something that resonates because of how much healing my spirit needs. I was betrayed so badly. Basically dated a girl that I was trying to help, come to find out that she ended up being involved in a lot of stuff that I wasn’t aware of because I was so naïve. Long story short and ended by her making a false police report against me because she must’ve been in another relationship that I was totally on aware of. And it has devastated me. I’ve been holding onto it for a year now. What she said really resonated

Dan Gennaro: MAybe you'd enjoy the old movie with the "Superman" actor Reeve, "Morning Glory"? The souind is not the best, but if you are a native speaker, youäll get more than I was able to, and I got a lot out of it emotionally and inspirationally, that it pays off not getting embittered, staying resentful adn stuck in the why's etc, and the good of being humble and non-entitled. others warm up to that, and get more tolerant, well-meaning. Humans are weak and not always fair automatically. Politeness increases one's chance of getting well treated, even in KZ camps that was., Hard, and it's only fiction and maybe not all that realistic, but I still believe it 's true, from practising and seeing how others use themselves. 1 year and only 1 relationship sounds doable. Idk how to solve mine. I so do need assistence structuring and steering my thoughts, feelings and actions.

I think back than the definition of narcissism was not what it is today. Nowadays the narcissism it's more like an official diagnosis for someone affected by childhood trauma due to growing up in unhealthy environment.. These days we would probably use a different wording like selflessness. At least in the context discussed here by Caroline. I this this is what she meant, when she said we have to become narcissistic. Other than that, I love her point on intuition. ❤️

I've found that by forgiving, you move through it, and can process it better, and usually also realize more why it happened and can learn from it. I think too many " move on", without really resolving the pain, due to shame of even feeling emotions in our society, for our " safety", which stems alot from the ignorance of patriarchal dogma. A leg of my healing was freeing the self from the catholic religion.it's very destructive, and grooms people for war. Femininity, let alone, emotions, ate not respected. That's the beginning of healing, even for men. I don't think most people are trying to manipulate others due to their pain, because that'd be a substitute for happiness.Yet, most people in pain, developed the habit of creating it long before they were mature enough and responsible for themselves. So, if they're seeking healing, it in itself is natural, and a sign of gravitating to wholeness. I got so much b.s. in trying to heal my childhood pain, that I did it by myself, and with A Course in Miracles, Jesus, and my higher self. Plus have revived and expanded the natural spirit communication I had as a kid, and had kept secret. Thank God for it, or I may have gotten onto the cycle of the mental health industry. I've worked as a psych nurse and in the prison system, and found most of the problems people have, that lead them to victim or victimized, started in their immediate family or equivalent of it. So, I don't think anyone should be rushed or shamed for dealing with their pain. That's one reason why we have such a violent society. And then, when you get over it, are coerced to never speak of it again, by those in denial, who are uncomfortable with truth, and would rather gossip about why all the violence is going on. As if we don't know. If it's not love, it is a call for help, Be love and love yourself. Then your love for others will also be true. Mabey I just had too much psychic cat food. It must be Carolyn's karma to attract a certain type of person. I've noticed the abusers seldom seek help. They hide their abuse over a layer of their pain and usually have " no problems", remaining in happy denial. I believe it was attracted in past lives, and in this life is an opportunity to resolve it. I don't blame them, as much as felt compassion for them in going to their graves with it unresolved, and I had to let it go. Meditation helps on all levels, especially emotional rebalancing, mental clarity, increased intuition and energy, physical healing as well as guidance to better take care of self, and increased confidence. I often meditate with incense. Just think what people pay for psych meds, etc.if we could forgive self and others, we'd have alot less problems, and can use that energy to promote love which fosters healing. As the sign said in Florida, God help us all. Love and peace! JESUS never turned away the wounded, but dealt with them from a place of strength, truth, and true love, not ego. I'm sure there are other examples.

It's giving up hope ...NO It's giving up the need. It's keeping that power instead of leaking that power to the past. Correne couldn't quite grasp this! As soon as you decide to hold your power instead of letting it leak through all the rips and tears of wounds. You then heal the rips and tears complete and hold all that power to do great things and move on Big difference

life problems do have answers, and knowing them even if ugly, complicated (revisiting and let go, knowing he knowledge but viewed without emotion) helps us avoid them in the future, and while often look focusing forward is indeed a better goal, pretending they don't happen is frankly stupid, the brain doesn't really let go like that, just gets covered up, forming emotional cysts as in he navajo example is better, but not all trauma can be healed by adding additional crisis.

Towards the end: Surprising that she doesn't know that in sick states like psychosis +schizophrenia, bipolar illness and others like malnutrition and trauma, one doesn't function properly as needed and healthy, can't have access to one's (clear) thinking, soul powers. The false beliefs, compulsions, addictions and obsessions, delusions and paranoic content, hallucínations are not fabricated by the individual's conscious, voluntary I, but come automatically from the combination of everything that is out of balance healthwise in body and soul, together with lack of knowing, conscience and presence. It is astounding that she have such a gap in knowledge, maybe that is just an example of human being, after all, limited. Maybe she developed her supersensible intuition too quickly, without having her moral, mature empathy and grounded insight developed enough to match. Rudolf Steiner's word of wisdom comes to mind: "For each step you take in higher knowledge, take 3 steps in moral development and practice."

I don't agree with everything she says. Is so more complex than she tells it... and when you really evaluate, is not necessary from toilet water to perfume ... You can change behavior if you want, you can use more critical thinking in order to improve the quality of your life in this era of new age brainwashing of submission/acceptance .. there is some truth in what she says, but you should see it as empowerment combined with rational thinking.
