Hello from New York! I have noticed that in many of the UK home videos, the boiler/water heater is located in an upper floor. It would have been better to install them on the ground floor as it would be easier access for maintenance and not having the service people trek through the house to access it.

This is because if you have them located upstairs you get the best water pressure. If they are downstairs the water pressure for the upstairs would be rubbish. So when you shower you get good water pressure :))
