Beautiful house and a really helpful review!! Me and my Ms have just brought one, I was wondering if you could tell us the dimensions of your sofa as we haven't had a chance to measure the wall where your sofa is with the living room door as we've brought off plan.

Hi, you can fit a 270x250cm sofa in there, we bought ours to size from Doorway to Value, I would recommend going there.

Hi, thanks, hope you enjoy your new home. The TV unit is from IKEA, it's two units joined together and is 240cm wide if that helps, but we got the hairpin legs separately.

Hi Chung, we bought ours in the North West, I fitted the blinds myself, they are really easy to fit, they are about £130 per blind i got them for.

It’s such a nice house! We reserved our Dunham house last week, how did you mage to hide your tv wires in hall as I noticed chrome plate is around the corner?

Hi Raj, the walls are plasterboard, so I just dropped the wire from the back of the TV to the back of the TV cabinet. My TV is one of the new Samsung QLED TVs so everything plugs into a separate box in the TV cabinet not the TV itself.

Actually we bought same Dunham in Birmingham Lea hall gardens and my question is did you fit those douche showers next to toilet seat yourself? Because we asked country side to put them for us but they said they can’t do that. We really would like to get that fixed. Our home completion date is February.

Thanks pal. No we fitted them ourselves, you can get kits for them, they are quite easy to install.

@@FunnyBunnys It's connected to the water feed to the toilet, I did it myself its quite straightforward to do with little DIY knowledge. No you can buy the kit from ebay, just type in bidet spray.

Hi they are from Tile Mountain 👍 60x60 size porcelain tiles

@@ralucamadalina2639 That's the one, they can be slippery when wet as they are glossy tiles. I always where slippers on them. But they are very easy to maintain, quick vacuum and steam mop.

Hi lovely place, we looked at the dunham early on, we are just looking at the The Foss to buy and will be built by the start of next year, the houses and finish seems to be of a very good standard. Was the purchase process ok without issues no hidden costs etc?, houses to homes seem very professional so far getting the ball rolling marketing our existing property.

Yeah it was straight forward, there is a maintenance fee for the estate, but for us only £100 a year so not bad at all. Ours is freehold, but you should check yours.

@@iainchristy5631 we still get screw head pops, and small cracks, mainly around skirting, sils and staircases, but I just repair them myself its just quicker than waiting for countryside. Theyve had to come out to fixe garage side door as it wouldnt close properly. But we've not had anything major really.

This is a lovely home. We have reserved a Lymington which is also a 4 bed, but only two stories. We nearly went for the Dunham as I love the sky lights in the master bedroom, but we weren't sure about getting a 3 story house.
