Look.. I’m not going to go too far on this here but we plumb these homes on the regular.. The architect did a wonderful job however the interior designer looks like they came straight from the mall.. This house requires a warmth and Homie feel to it not like you’re in a shopping mall… There is so much more this home could have been simply with the interior design work not the architectural… Everything is cold, but the powderoom room and the entire basement.. The basement, being the only one thing along with a powderoom in the home… I do not know how designers get away with this… I do not know how home owners get lead into this..

@@WayUpMedia The kitchen with dinning room is beautiful.. Those tiles should not shine in this setting you mind should be at rest. The fire place in the living room can always be tiled but should never blend. If your going tile the living room it cannot shine and must be grounding colours.
