Great video. I have just seen a small doc about Proveglia Island, Italy. I won't go into detail but it might be worth a little research for. Cheers.

Not so fun fact about your Worst Cemetery video is people steal bones because they go for a lot of money, they get cleaned up then sold to medical schools or a skull would end up with a dentist and so forth;sometimes even theme parks rarely. Or they are just sick like you said

Hiya. Nice footage. I'm friends w Debbie- I was telling her that the challenges an owner would encounter changing the zoning code for this property is most likely not worth the investors time n money. Even a wedding venue needs business zoning, Changes to the roads are an uphill battle from the egress and ingress to property. That's take up w the Dept of Transportation They'd have to feasibility studies etc. and the neighbors would fight any major disruption unless they get bought out too. 'm sure this property is just R (residential) Zoning - so to run a business it would need to be changed from R to RC or C (commercial). Oh my an apartment complex of nursing home, now your talking multi residential commercial zoning w height variances to consider. Years to do. Most times the investor use the property as a loss of income for tax purposes bc the expenses to change the zoning codes is too high n too much hassle and outweighs the ROI. It's will most likely sit there for more years if it's not even in a zoning plan process. But if the investor is in the process of changing the zoning- it will take years to change. Although some locations are well worth the fight so who knows!? I looked at this property on Google earth and they'd have to buy out properties to the left of the house when facing f the water and make all those properties one property and then it's worth money. No one wants high rises or commercial property next to them. You can always go under your state building code website w the address and find out the existing zoning then go to dept of transportation to see if any permits etc are in progress on this land. 😊

I think the American bin ladens always condemned what their evil twisted relative was up to. I’m not saying they were stand up people. I enjoyed that guys. I think it should be torn down but what will the neighbors agree to being built there?

So is it for sale now? It would be a shame to destroy it.

I believe a developer owns it. I think they're getting ready to tear it down to building a shopping complex
