Exploring the Colorado River at Topock

Join me and my incredible crew of family and friends on an boating expedition, as we set boat from the sleepy town of Topock, Arizona, cruising downstream to Havasu and then back up to Needles. Our adventure takes us through stunning canyon walls that boast breathtaking beauty at every turn. But that's not all; we even take the time to hang around the legendary Pirates Cove, soaking up its vibrant atmosphere. Topock itself offers limited entertainment options, but when it comes to the water, it's an absolute paradise. The Colorado River unveils its epic splendor as we navigate its crystal-clear depths, leaving us in awe of its natural wonders. The picturesque canyon walls create a mesmerizing backdrop, showcasing nature's artwork like never before. And to top it all off, the weather couldn't have been more perfect.

So if ya ever get back in the area, Topock has three bars which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of good food ! Also, there's a dollar general store for various supplies, food, first aid stuff. Hardware store has fishing items and various hardware.

Thank you for creating this beautiful family boating video about Topock. Or was it about healthy family fun boating on one of the most beautiful places in the Americas? 35 years ago I vowed to visit every lake on the Colorado river. No, I am about 9/10 successful. The water at 2Pac is clear and cold. One place I love is the north end on the west side of Lake Havasu. Tell your motor all the way up in float gently with the wind and the current. You will go from shallow to dragging the bottom where you might have to get out and push. The fish are fantastic and everywhere. Be sure to bring light tackle. They will find your boat and swim back-and-forth around you. You can see them clearly in that sparkling water with the sand just 12 inches down. God bless your family. Check out into the wild. Topoc has a resturant and pool for those who don't swim in the river... bands play there sometimes also. Also they just opened a hotel accross from the resturant.

Information on Topock is almost 100% incorrect. You were also wakeboarding in a restricted area, huge fine. Nice video though.

You stayed in GOLDEN SHORES, there is no “Topoc City”.

@SBFDmedic Topock is the name of the unincorporated town. Golden Shores is housing development within that town. There is only one official Post Office in the area and the sign the building says Topock 86436. The original Topock is where three Topock 66 bar is on the river. They moved the town to where it is now. The original one-room Post Office was moved into town years ago and is used by the Topock Art Guild. Cheers!
