Why is it a surprise. It's just what we did for kicks back then. I'm not sorry I took LSD. I wouldn't do it at my age, but I really feel like it should be researched more as a therapeutic substance, same goes for mushrooms. It could potentially be helpful to the clinically depressed.

The story behind Marlon Brando's style of him "mumbling," was that he placed cotton balls between his gums and cheeks. Brando, who made close to a thousand of audiotapes, revealed that in one of them. He didn't have hatred towards Sinatra over their style of acting, but Sinatra portraying himself as an Italian, and hanging out with known Mafia members, which made many people look down at Italians, especially Brando. Now, I honestly don't know if that was the actual reason, but this is what was stated in a documentary of Brando's life.

Never knew that about Bogie. Having bedded numerous women, why was he still in doubt? Pretty sure he would not have seen much action with gay men anyway. Ugly. Cary's acid trips reminded me of the few I took. Better than Ritalin or Adderall any day. Clara Bow was a surprisingly good actress!!

The biography of Bogart that started this rumor has been widely discredited. No legitimate source ever made the claim that Bogart thought he was gay. Like, how would they know? Same with the Crawford/Monroe rumor; there's no evidence. Just more of the "all the stars were gay" BS, as though there's something titillating about being gay.
