Good gracious life, what an expedition this is! I admire Richard for his perseverance crawling through narrow passage ways, where I imagine, when I'd find myself in such a narrow space, that I would feel my loud beating heart, and a slight anxiety about getting stuck and not being able to free myself, wondering if my travel companions can reach me close enough. Well done, all!

One of my favourite trips of all time. Haven't been underground for 25 years but I used to be every weekend back then, and even during the week if I could pull a sicky! Not sure I'd have the stamina now but I'd love to give it a go again.

Imagine the effort to get an injured person from the bottom... Also, the film quality demonstrates how good some of the 'amateur' KZbinrs are in comparison to these 'professionals'...
@elesbels93062 жыл бұрын
This was filmed for a tv show not originally KZbin I believe

@@elesbels9306 Realised that my comment wasn't clear...I presumed this was for TV and the quality is poor in comparison to some KZbinrs, especially Caveman Hikes (Western USA)

Surely the journey up and out is an equal challenge? Did that take another 15 hours? Or was there a way out at the bottom? Am I missng somethng?

Those tackle sacks look full to the brim, what did they take that would take up that much room, you could surely fit a first aid kit and group shelter into a mini tackle sack perhaps its because of the camera crew.

They have two daren drums stacked inside them. One will be first aid, and the other will be warmth/shelter/energy.

Very poor production,not showing the exit at the bottom and the filming in the stream virtually non existent,also more lights .needed.
