Exploring the Detroit Zoo for the First Time

used to ride my bike here as a little kid especially when it snowed just like Rocky. there was an arcade called Alligator Ally across the street. thanks for the video.

Oh yeah, that fountain is pretty iconic. I've heard they've got some pretty cool zoos over there.

Also there where tons of prairie dogs when I was there about 4-5 yrs ago they recently took it all out and closed the exhibit :( it was so cool to stick your head up there and feel like your inside lol but things change and animals come and go at zoos.

Noooo the penguins are arguably the best part.. but there’s still plenty of amazing animals to see at the Detroit zoo! It’s my home zoo haha

Yes definitely it’s the biggest penguin exhibit in the world. It’s very cool to experience. And there soooo many penguins so you’ll see a lot of activity from them all!

Cool! Yeah, we were there in late September during the week, so weather and school having started did make for lower crowds 😁

They removed the glass for the lions it's just a big drop like the tigers kinda sketchy if they really wanted they could jump over

Certainly not against that. We did go by the wolves, but they were too far back for us to really get much of a look - maybe next time indeed.
