Oh my goodness- I thought the other eagle POV video was dope, but the Dolomites?! If I could squirrel jump anywhere in the world, I would jump above the Dolomites. By far the SICKEST peaks, in my humble opinion. Having the chance to fly your raptor companions in a place like this is amazing in itself, but dressing them with a POV cam take you along for the ride is unimaginably rad! Thank you so much for sharing this, and props to the eagle for making it a dope run!

I was just casually watching this video, then I realized that I'm watching the POV of an eagle. That's crazy! Red Bull is seriously putting out some of the best videos on the internet.

Red Bull has also been for many years a major sponsor of paragliding competitions around the world (something Americans are totally oblivious to). When you fly a paraglider it looks and feels very much like this video, it's simply amazing. When I watch this, I know exactly how this bird feels when he approaches a cliff and flies over it, how he twitches his tail when hitting a small thermal or a bit of turbulence.

How did the eagle trainer get his bird back after that distance. As an eagle trainer myself I love the fact that mount did not seem to impair the bird at all, well done

Great video, but puzzling. Tilt the POV around to see the eagle's backpack. Where is the actual camera? The POV is from ABOVE the eagle with no sign of separate camera attached. Is the visible backpack a power pack only? Is the camera actually on a drone that flies just above and synched to the eagles motions? Can't be nor can it be a mixed CGI. When background is in shade or light the eagle is too. Also eagle's cast shadow on mountain snow shows no separate camera. Is the 'camera' a tiny lens affixed atop a thin fibre optic wire so it isn't visible when we pan and tilt to look at the eagle's back? What's the secret?
