That is a cracking wee spot that you are fishing, and ideal for the tube. I have to say tho, you are a brave man to be unhooking a pike as you did from the tube. All it takes is one wee wiggle or thrash and you could have a serious situation on your hands. I saw a guy tethered to a pike with a treble in the center of his hand, and it was nice. 😁😁😁Hooe I never have to say I told ya so😁😁😁.. Great vids. Regards Jack from Ireland

You want to come around where I am, There Is Miles upon Miles of Fields. With anything from One Pond up to 10. Some are hidden under a Canopy of trees. I used to fish them like You did, when We were Kids. We would use Worms and Maggots (not really knowing about Lures) We would catch Huge Perch and roach, and One Pool Pike up to 20 Pound, and that one had carp Tench and Tons of Bullheads and Catfish and Tench and Carp and Gudgeon. One pool has Two Massive Goldfish In there. How these fish got In there Is Baffling. Someone Said On the the Feet Of the Birds. (Loads of Moorhens and Coots). Thanks for Sharing this, I suggest Float Fishing Worms, All fish Love them Nice Big Lobs. Can't wait for the Next One. PS, A good trick on a New Pond Is to Through lots of Pieces of Bread out when You get There.

I also have caught more the carp out of belmoore . The carp fishing at one point was brilliant. In touched 20lbers were common place. With the biggest in there been about 33lb. That last pond you was fishing is pretty good for course fishing actually. Some lovely tench in it !!!

Nice to explore some hardly ever fished waters, “jungle style” for a change. Good job not losing lures in the weed or trees. Probably best to continue with floating or slow sinking lures and weedless softbaits. Difficult to pick best rod length: too long catches trees in overhead casts, too short and you cannot reach far enough over weed beds. Good vid!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the video. Nice to see that there really are fish in the smaller ponds as well. Just a tip: When I fish tight spots like that I use underhanded throw mostly. It's really useful. You do need a shorter rod with nice action for it tho. I can with ease throw about 30-40m depending on the weight of the lure. Hope to see more stuff from you. Kind regards from Sweden.

great video mate not sure what lb line you are using but have you considered tightening the drag on your reel? I wind my drag down tight and just drag them in usually really reduces amount of fish lost and for bigger fish usually means they go back better too.
