The whole time I was watching I was thinking about the families of those buried there, and was relieved to hear they had been moved and not just covered and forgotten. Very interesting video.

Thanks for watching! But yes thankfully they were moved, there were quite a few cemeteries that were moved during those reservoir projects. It’s a very interesting deep dive!

Thanks for sharing this lost city. I’ve heard of a few places like this but Ive never visited one myself.

Thanks! Surprisingly there’s quite a few ghost towns in the reservoirs around Indiana! Winter is the best time to check them out so you definitely should!

I told my dad about this video. He said when was 5 or 6 years old, his grandpa Sam drove him over there in his model A. Quite a hill going down to the river he said. He said there was a store porch that all the old timers told stories and he loved it. Great memory for him!

That’s very cool! Thank you for sharing that! When I was researching it a lot of people talked about the store and how it was pretty much the center of the community. Thanks for watching!
