@ In my 70’s with some balance issues. How long did it take you to hike up to the caves and is there a marked trail? I will be walking Streedagh Beach and the Forest Walk at the foot of Benbulben.

@lindaspringer9997 If you can wear hiking boots or shoes Linda. It's pretty muddy but there is a trail all the way there. Also stairs about half way, but it's quite steep there. There's some benches though so you can rest if you need to. The other places you are seeing are amazing also. I have many of them on my channel videos ☺️
