I live in E. MA and have flown in/out of Manchester many times. About 30 years ago I was waiting for my wife to arrive on a flight into Boston Logan when at the last minute - and I cant for the life of me now remember why - her flight was diverted to Manchester (back then it was just called _Manchester Airport_ ). Lots of people waiting in the terminal in Boston didnt even know how to get to Manchester but I did. Its a nice little airport and from where I live its pretty convenient but for many closer to Boston it isnt. Interesting that 'Manchester-Boston' is - obviously - not in Boston and only parts of the runways are in Manchester. Most of the Airport (terminals and runways) is in Londonderry NH.

Yeah, lots of times that people wait inside the terminal too see if there flights were for departures so that if they can go whenever if any flights were needed.
