I've done the Guwahati to Shillong drive 6 times as my father was posted in Guwahati, I think the drive in even better in Toyota Innova crysta(official car) and I love Shillong. Actually I love whole of Meghalaya, I also visited double Decker Living Root Bridge, it was quite a trek. Its is my opinion that the North East is a hidden gem

Welcome to Shillong. Visit Dawki lake, the cleanest river in Asia but it's rainy season or you can still visit the village Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia. Have fun ✌️

Yes North eastern states indeed need its own time zone, should be half an hour early than IST. It would do them good for various reasons.. Btw superb travelogue.. Expecting much more such vlogs..

When we visited police bazaar, it was very crowded. I remember we bought an umbrella at cheaper price 😂 We also visited Mawsynram and Mawsmai Cave. My father actually studied in a university at Shillong, so whenever he visits shillong, he tells us a lot of things about various places any the people there 😄

The Tata Harrier is a beast! And you can feel the width of the car on small roads of North East India.

Yeah but a SUV of such size without AWD/4WD can't be called a SUV. I don't know why people of India don't truly understand the meaning of a SUV and just treat it as a car that is big in size. If people just want a car that's big in size then rather go for a MUV. Such kind of behaviour has led these automakers to launch more and more SUVs of such size and features in FWD drivetrain.
