Thanks so much for watching everyone. It means the world that folks actually liked this show. It's basically the reason I'm taking the big leap. I'll be announcing my new thing in the next few days if you want to keep up with me. I'm not done talking about video games quite yet. The best is yet to come I hope! Thanks again.

The reason New york's Chinatown is different than London's or others, is because its still a active immigrant community. Unlike other Chinatowns that's been turned into a tourist trap. Little Italy right next to Chinatown used to be filled with Italian immigrants crowded in apartments is now a touristy area with luxury condos.

This is my favorite The Point video. The smile Danny had on his face when he got off the subway and saw where he was, great and had a big smile myself. Absolutely top section of gamespot and will be sadly missed.

I'm going to NYC in a few months and was thinking of doing exaclty the same thing: visit all the iconic spots in GTA 4. I've never been there, but I feel exaclty the same way as Danny. Liberty City to me IS New York. Farewell Danny, best of luck!

The Point will go down as one of my all-time favorite video series about gaming. I'm only okay with it going away because I trust Danny enough to know that he wouldn't leave if it weren't important to do so. I'm really glad the song at 10:40 made it onto the final episode, that one was always my favorite. Also glad to see Austin in this, he is also a favorite of mine.

Love The Point, and I loved this episode. It's not flashy, it's humble, it's about a guy and his experiences, and yet it isn't bashing you over the head with "LOOK HOW INDIE AND MEANINGFUL I AM". My favourite episode is the Rocket League one because there's so much of Danny in that one. Man has GTAIV aged though. Look how barren the environment geo is!

I stopped being sad about good people leaving and I'm now sad for the ones still staying. I sure hope Danny ends up doing similar content like the Point. The calm and more philosophical but not snobby look at all things gaming related is sorely missing in the media landscape, at least when it comes to video and talkshows. I just got back from a trip to see NYC for the first time. My brother who has been a good 15 or so times was baffled at how well I knew the city without having actually set foot in it. It just goes to show how incredibly accurate Rockstar’s parody of the Big Apple is, that after hundreds of hours in Liberty City, I was able to navigate the real world inspiration with ease.

I had the inverse feeling when I played GTA IV in 2008, I lived about half hour from New York City (New Jersey) so I went ALL the time, when I played the game, I had a lot of moments of "I WAS THERE!!" and "I WAS THERE LAST WEEK!! WOW!". It was impressive technology and it was the first time for the GTA series that the available technology on consoles and PC finally allowed a big world the likes GTA was already known for with (for the time) modern graphics. Both 3, Vice City and San Andreas had to sacrifice graphics a little bit in order to fit those huge worlds.
