Cool paint job on that train! What sauce did Courtney choose for her spring roll? It looked really good and pretty too. Hope the shake was good. The market looks like a fun place to go.

The market was a lot of fun! I think the sauce was a ginger peach. They had so many to choose from!

Shopping! How fun! I used to stay in old renovated hotel downtown and walk to the sites. Glad you are having fun. Wait, how much is Planet Fitness a month ( great idea)?
@AStreaminLife6 жыл бұрын
For the Black card (which gets you entrance to any Planet Fitness and you can bring one guest each time) it is $21.99 a month plus a once a year fee of something like $40. Courtney doesn't get to use any of the special facilities or do the fitness classes since she is a guest but since she doesn't want those, it all works out. Much cheaper than 2 memberships!

I think it’s advisable that Steve gets his milkshake before going to the farmers market. He would have been in a better mood 😀. Great video.

Haha! Milkshakes do make Steve happy!

If you are still in Santa Fe and haven't been yet, I would highly recommend Counter Culture and my favorite bakery in Santa Fe - Chocolate Maven.

Thanks for the recommendations!

We don't even recognize the train station or the market, so different than the last time we were there.

I didn't realize it was changing that quickly! Good to know!

So for the planet fitness, can you both go in everyday to the same gym? And you can go to all the other gyms across the nation with the same person? We are thinking of using this as one of our rv living hacks, and I read the details on the website, but I would like some real confirmation from people actually doing it

Yup! With the VIP membership (for one person). That person can get into any Planet Fitness, bring one guest each time, and use their special massage facilities and do classes I think. We only use it for the entry and guest. I (Courtney) as the guest always have to go with Steve to get in and can't do classes or use the special facilities but that doesn't matter to me. We get to workout and use the showers which is nice. Also the only thing the guest needs to do it bring in an id the first time in any particular (Planet Fitness). They have you sign a waiver and take your pic and then you are good to go. The next time you go to that same gym all you need to do is say your phone number once they scan your member's card. No trying to sell you or needing to do an orientation or anything like that (LA Fitness used to make you do that when you brought a guest). So it's working out great!

You're not the first full-timers I've heard of with Planet Fitness memberships. It is considered the best for RVers and people who need to travel for business. My wife and I are walkers and can go wear out shoes every 6 months or sooner. I have severe arthritis in my feet so buying the right shows are important. I find SAS Venture are the best for me but they aren't cheap. I use another brand for trail hiking/climbing but, because the arthritis isn't limited to my feet, I don't do climbing much anymore.

Steve has bad feet so he's been on a journey to find good shoes that work for him too. It's important!

OK I get it. You have a certain way of kidding and joking around that is extremely, oh I don't know, "irksome". But you also have a "fun" way of describing things. I see that I am among over 7,500 Subscribers, so keep doin what your doin. I'm laughing at almost everything now and looking forward to your posts.

You go to the gym then eat all that sugar? I totally understand the gym part, not the sugar part.
@AStreaminLife6 жыл бұрын
Yes on this day. We don't do the sugar like that often but I guess when we do, we go big or go home haha.

The situational irony of the entire video is hysterical. -Live in an RV so I can hike everywhere. Gained 10-15 lbs my first year in an RV. Buy a gym membership and go to the gym, then on to a farmers market where fresh veggies are available by the ton. Eat major junk food. Wonder how I gained that weight, hmm...

Terrible job editing. You keep switching back and forth between the live sounds and some low music. Better to just have the live sounds and your voices on all the time. Don't do it like this. It's terribly distracting
