Hey, I'm ROUNDERHOUSE, the chump who wrote this proposal. Thank you, as always, for another great reading! This was a fucking incredible project to work on. At a neat forty-five thousand words, it's by far the longest thing I've ever written, and Amoni-Ram left huge shoes for any prospective sequel to fill -- I posted this thing a month ago on my 20th birthday not expecting it to get a ton of traction because of its length, but what do you know, it's already doing great after a month. I hope people have half as much fun listening to you as I did telling the story -- thanks again!

Also, a fun fact about the real-world religions that incorporate terms similar to "Daevite"; while Zoroastrian tradition "daevas" are essentially demons, and "ahura" is an epithet applied to benevolent divine entities (including the supreme Zoroastrian God, Ahura Mazda), in Hindu (and Buddhist) tradition this is reversed, with "devas" being essentially the gods besides the really supreme cosmic ones (like those apart from the Triad of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva) and "asuras" being more malevolent entities akin to demons or the Ancient Greek Titans. It's speculated this opposition in the related terms between the Avestan and Sanskrit languages (which are related) probably reflects how ancient Indians and ancient Persians felt about one another and their respective religions.

Firstly; welcome back! Your videos are something I look forward to every week. It makes driving for 8+ hours a day bearable. For the SCP; I personally disliked Amoni-Ram. I’d have to go back to give criticisms on the actual writing of the article, but thematically and as an extension of the SCP foundation “lore” I was not a fan. My favorite GOI is the Church of the Broken God, and I think my main issue with the article was that they apparently weren’t founded until the 80’s, which makes many of my favorite SCP articles non-canon to Amoni-Ram. Similarly, the Daevites are abundant in the SCP lore but they weren’t properly discovered until the 2000’s? Seems odd. I’m giving the series a chance, though so I’m eager for the next part.
