I've had mine for 2 months and love it. The only issue I had was the seat made a lot of squeaking/crackling sounds. I solved this by putting a little lubricant on the top of the seat post and the seat post hole. It didn't take much and it removed all the noise in the seat.

What's it like outdoors on concrete and with slabbed sidewalks / pavements, are the front wheels durable, shame you can't buy direct, so the store has to put their cut on when we could get it cheaper if direct

My biggest fear for getting on a plane ✈️ is my chair getting damaged! My chair is my legs most of the time so I seriously am like don’t damage my baby!

Does it not fold up like others for airline travel? Taking apart for flying looks like a hassle.

I see there is a C2 model and a Ci2 model. Do both allow control from a smartphone via the app?

From the Whill website: "What is the difference between Model C and Model Ci? Basically, there is no difference between Model C & Ci. Based on the country regulation for each side, we applied as "Consumer device" in the US and Hong Kong using "Ci", and "Power wheel chair" in Taiwan, Japan and European using "C"."

narrow , not wide , it falls over .
