Very interesting travelogue with breathtaking shots. Unusual vehicle selection for this tour, the vehicle is only specified with a wading depth of 300 mm, there is not much reserve for the fords. You might be able to risk that as a “test drive” for the Audi development department. 😉 (Just a guess with the license plate and the vehicle price.)

Thanks! And yes, the wading depth is the main limitation of using an Audi e-tron in the Highlands of Iceland. The offroad performance with the right tires was extremely good, even on challenging tracks. I checked every ford on foot using my wading trousers first and never crossed a river that was above the allowed wading depth. This also meant I had to turn around at some fords.

Thanks David! Yes, the Audi e-tron is available in Australia. But especially in Australia it‘s quite expensive. It costs there about twice as much as you would pay for the same vehicle in the U.S.

Thanks! It was a DJI Mavic Air 2 with some noise reduction in post-processing using Neat Video, especially for the low light scenes.
