I'd rather you gave me $50, good conversation and promise to give the other $4950 to a food bank to feed people in need and I guarantee you won't leave the table hungry. I personally hate how in order to be considered a master chef you need to pander to the whims of the ridiculously wealthy who are more concerned with saying they ate somewhere than truly appreciating the art of the food they are consuming.

i agree absolute nonsense, the youtuber has even got his pics all mixed up, when he shows pics of Alain Duccasse its actualy his restaurant which is in The Le Louis XV hotel in Monaco and not in Dorchester. This you tuber for sure has got his pivs and details mixed up.
