Daiwa tatula 100 paired with a Daiwa air edge 5’6” 6-10kg. I recently purchased a dobyns fury series to replace the rod

@@dang.fishing so good! Be intresting to see if there's any big ones there. Seems like the shallow smaller creeks have heaps of smaller fish. But keen to see ya smash a big red soon 💪

Another good creek vid mate. Interested to know what makes a good type of jack creek for you?

Thanks mate! In all honesty.. - bait - current - plenty of ambush points I’ve caught a few in non tidal areas, but if there’s bait they won’t be too far behind. It’s more a matter of fact tricking them into eating a piece of plastic 😂

@@dang.fishing I know that spot. How goods QldGlobe? Turn on 'hillshade traditional' layer and you can see all the little drains that feed these smaller systems with runoff after rain.

Nice to know I’m not the only one to miss hits :) I recently had a session in the noosa river and missed about 10 topwater boots from 70+ queenies (saw them chase it to the boat). It is so painful. Maybe try a jerk bait next time.
