A lot still to be done. The locals should also have the feelin, that this is the re city and they should keep it clean and beautifull. Cause what ever govt does, until and unless individuals do there bit, it would be tough.

I have been to varanasi in Feb 2018. After returning it took almost a month to settle my mindset which says that just leave everything and go and explore the kashi. Really there is soul in the environment over there...

Hey Kriti, it was quite nice to see your video. Recently I also visited there with my family. The city is really amazing. I went to that river and dived over there. Afterwards went to kashi vishwanath temple. There was a huge crowd. So it took time to go inside the temple. Because we had only one day to stay there so in evening we went to theirs market and bought some clothes after that we moved forward to Ayodhya. We really enjoyed there and your video recalled everything. Such a nice video it is!! Keep going girl.

and that's place where i live where i born , another fun fact this video is uploaded on my birthday i wan in LA during the month of Nov. , and Varanasi is the most beautiful place in the entire India coz everything there is still the same as it was 3,000 years ago it's all religious and spiritual and BHU is the biggest university in the entire ASIA and my father mother grand parents and great grand parents... all studied there , .... i love my city , it's like the entire India in one city .......... oh god it's so amazing to watch the places i have been through and the roads i cross daily ! loved your vlog

@@KritikaGoel Thank you, it's very kind from you. I am very found of Indian Culture (I am a French translator of The Mahabharata - P. Lal's condensed version) and I like watching videos about India. All what I saw about Varanasi concerned the ghats and even if some videos were a really artistic work, no one gave the idea of a possible confort or high standard of living, like the hotel in which you stayed or the restaurants in wich you ate. Of course your film is not only that and it's much more, but I do appreciate to discover Varanasi as being something else than an amount of poverty.

Great vlog. I just visited the city myself in Dec 2019 for the first time and felt so nice that I went back again after 2 weeks. BTW my grandfather too studied at BHU.
