The antique store I stopped at today had a lot of booths at 50% off. I picked up an old cammilus fixed blade, a hawksbill and a micro leatherman for about $35.

I collected 100 old 1800's books, a dozen pre 1964 winchester rifles, 1000 + old coins, old postage stamps, old 1800' ephemera, axes, hatchets, saws and knives. I still have knives and all sharp items

Good haul George, I really like that Pal knife When I was a boy the Sabre brand was sold in the store where I bought Imperial knives, they were in a Five and dime store, called that because most things were a nickel or a dime it was a Ben Franklin store also Woolworths was the same type of store this was in the 1950’s and early 60’s as I was born in 1948

I also carry a small flash light for looking in darker spots in booths, a jewelers loop for looking at smaller writing, a pad and pen to write down the booths, I also get turned around in these places.

PAL knives are well made they made a lot of knives for the military I was hoping you would grab that one. The Camillus Scout knife I like also even with all the wear the master blade. The PAL knife alone is worth over half of what you payed for the lot nice hunt definitely a place to revisit 😊

Prince albert tobacco did a promotion with (Ulster)Old Timer knives. The tins and knives are very collectable. I have the tin. On the hunt for the knives but sellers on ebay want my left arm and my dog lol maybe some day

Excellent video. I have an extra Prince Albert pocket tin with the Old Timer knives offer on one side. I just noticed that the Ulster Knife Co. trade mark is on the offer too. I'D BE PLEASED TO SEND IT TO YOU AS A GIFT IF YOU SEND ME YOUR MAILING ADDRESS. The tin has a bit of wear since I used it to carry small items in my backpack in the days before plastic containers came to be.
