Exploring wet market of Qingyuan Guangdong. Enjoy Cantonese food Cheung Fun and Pork Offal Congee

Today, I visited the largest farmer's market/wet market in Qingyuan, a less-developed fourth-tier city in Guangdong Province, China. It is beside Guangzhou. It's bustling with activity, especially because it's market day. You can find classic Cantonese breakfast like pork offal congee, rice noodle rolls/Cheung fun, and dim sum here. As this market is located at the border between urban and rural areas, it sells many items needed in the countryside, such as farming tools like hoes, vegetable seedlings, fruit tree seedlings, ducklings, and more. Local farmers also bring their own homegrown vegetables to sell. The sellers use old-fashioned scales to weigh the produce.
