Subtraction of curses and the addition of blessings lol Id suspect similar natural tendency or error we are a custom with. The ancient social behavior really isn't that much different from us and our modern practice or usage of evolutionary mythology in our sciences. Filling in blanks as new ones arise, searching out missing links etc etc etc Near Eastern animal characteristics never change but interpretation can. The tribal king names often get merged with God's themselves. Lost in translation ,changing context things get mixed up . All the stuff we see in sumerians down to Assyrians down to Babylonian. And even today in urban dictionary and slang mixing with our physical laws gets toyed around with. You need a straussian mind to get it

Jews and Christian were nothing more than pity minorities in pre-Islamic Arabia, the Quran addresses Pagans as the main theological opponents.
