I like the home ok. There are things I would surely change about it. I’d put a large stackable washer and dryer in the lower level bathroom and make the shower smaller. The stairs need rails!! Especially as you make the U turn as you are ascending. Upstairs bath is weird but I’m glad it’s there. I would do a tub/shower combination and add a large linen closet to the room. Honestly, I’d want a toilet in there too.

Love the exterior, but the space inside needs less bath, more kitchen, a pantry, a washer/dryer ... I live in a tiny house and it has a kitchen that I can cook, can, and dehydrate foods in, as well as a pantry to store those preserved foods. We are looking to possibly build a home in a different state and I keep watching your channel hoping for a true 'country' style home with 2 BR/2B, a great kitchen/pantry, and a living space that could better be used as a gaming room. Please consider something along those lines for two retired people with mobility issues (no second floor unless it is storage).
