I went to China many years ago. Like the 80s. I was young then, and full of life. I was detained leaving and they took my visa and passport. I sat on a concrete floor for over an hour with barbed wire behind me. In all my travels I was never so scared. I never knew what the issue was. China was very strict back then. The guards were armed and walked by twos with star hats and arm bands up and down along the length of the train. Josh I freak out every time you're exploring in China.
