Ukrainian military would not be able to deliver the drone attack all the way to Moscow. The drone was probably assembled by some ukrops and launched from within the city limits. It was most likely taken down by an EMP. In Moscow and St Petersburg you can't even launch a drone near the FSB headquarters (I live here and own a DJI) as it will lose control and collapse

Just what appears in the video: The object looked like a drone but not a military grade drone nor with military grade munitions. The target appeared to be the flag of the dome, it missed but exploded. The object did not appear to be intercepted. The second video looks like that same dome is on fire but the flag is intact, this on the far left of the scene. Either side making claims is amateurish at best... could have been done with publicly available fireworks
