Whatever challenge she takes on, whether big or little she always ALWAYS shows such a respect for the tasks that these folks do daily. She really takes the time and effort to learn, navigate the challenges with such pride, strength and determination, and really shows the viewers what it’s like for a day in the life of these professions! The one that really gave me a whole new viewpoint was the flight attendant, and the dispatch. It really grasps and shows everything they deal with on a day to day that someone NOT in the profession wouldn’t see or know otherwise! Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole. God Bless Yall! ❤😊

No ill will intended . I feel she did good in the training environment. However, she new this was training and there was no real threat to life/limb. No actual fight or flight response to deal with. No way to train for every possible encounter. Each situation has its own variables/possible outcomes. All you can do is create an environment that simulate/reproduces previously experienced, real world encounters from other officers that may get your heart/limbic system going(fight or flight).. We can never really know how well prepared we are for our first real world encounter with until the day our training is put to the test against real bad guys, bullets, real blood and yes, even real death.

@TorvicIsSanta2 жыл бұрын
My guess is a bit of both. Based on the name of the certificate she was awarded referring to it as the "Challenge Accepted: Secret Service Academy," this exact sequence of things was arranged at that time in that order for the purpose of this video, however even if the video weren't being made all of the exercises are valuable training and practice for all of the actual agents involved. The final challenge for example, I'm confident that the Secret Service would have done that run-through anyways, so it's not a pain to have a youtuber tag along.

I would imagine, that after months/years of rigerous and continuous training it would become I don't want to say mundane but routine. Granted routine while staying perpetually on alert. I have a feeling that eventually you could maintain that alert posture while not dumping milligrams of adrenaline into your veins, because a situation like this is not sustainable. In the end, it would become like any job (the tasks/stakes are irrelevant for this example) you would be nervous and anxious to an extreme degree in the beginning, but after you've been in training/on the job for an extended period of time, you are more used to the conditions of the job and can react in a more controlled manner.

Yes, this was nothing but a training exercise, and I am sure most if not all of it was simulated, but it just shows that the Secret Service has their hands full more than anyone could ever imagine. Additionally, in the event Michelle watches her own videos, this could later serve as a refresher as to what she learned for the 4 days she was with the professional trained agents. In the last exercise, a lot of "traffic" was being passed that the public can not hear, so that just proves these agents definitely have their hands full with events like this.

I imagine there's a lot of interesting things they do and see. While both in the military and local law enforcement, I had the honor of working with the Secret Service on several occasions for presidential, vice presidential and presidential-candidate visits. The agents I met and talked to were all great folks with good senses of humor and personalities like you'd expect to see in any number of vocations. But, and they'll admit it, most of their work is very tedious and boring. Like being posted in the hallway of an empty hotel floor for a whole shift. It's obviously a vital position, but far from exciting. And that's actually a good thing. Excitement happening on your shift is usually a sign that things have gone really wrong!
