The Essence of a memory by Julio Velazquez acknowledges his memory of his journey in life, as a dancer and experiences of growth gained through SDSU dance department, promotes the elements of his emotion, environment, of the lasting impression of the moment. Through creative techniques of incorporating his dance style along with elements of Hip Hop to Modern, Contemporary Dance to captures his greatest moments to an area of history and beauty. He will perform with dancers shadowing his movements as essence of his memory.

This is unreal. The tension between the cathartic moments and the relaxes actually took my breath away. The sequence at 3:00-particularly 3:26-3:36- is some of the most beautiful motion I've witnessed. Thank you for that. At 8:00, I couldn't tell where the music ended and you began. Loving your energy!
