That moment did make me laugh! I was surprised to hear the music and was thinking that I have some other tab open with the music. xD

I have been using the 8 directional position movements for 20 years. I have studied 4 different styles of Martial Arts. And as I call” THE OCTAGON”. And I adapted all my past arts to this training regime. It’s so awesome. From weight training, weapons training, stance training, application of multiple techniques. Really has help me study and blend my art. It’s a beautiful thing. And very, very useful in the MOSH PIT.

really liked this video. Have been looking for ideas for randori training. I got a few good ideas from your video. Thanks much works well with my over all training as well. I always say If I have to move past a single square (on our puzzle mats) I'm moving to much.

You really want to see how Aikido really works. Use it in a Mosh Pit in a Metal Concert. Just become. The spinning top.

The most important aspect of Aikido. I train in my bedroom. No space at all. No more then a 6' x 3' space. And I'm finding the foot work. I made some mistakes in my youth . A fellow inmate who trained same style did. Would spar in a very small space. Surrounded by steel bar. Where I learned yo be small. .
