This is one the funnest and informative videos on shooting toys. I apply the same principles to my models.

I made a leather cloak for Jon Snow and took him outside at night while it was snowing. I lucked out and caught a snowflake on the fur collar of his cloak. I took Dany outside at night, and covered the flash with a couple fingers, which gave it a red light. Really cool effect. I suspended Thor from some fishing line to make it look like he was jumping down. I used flash and the garage light to dramatically light up Loki. I had Hela striding through snow, Drogon flying over the lake, and Brienne standing in front of a snow "wall." The coolest effect I achieved, though, was with Captain Marvel - I had her standing on iced over snow, and with the flash it made her look like she was hovering.

I really want to have a go at this....problem is I'm 46 years old and my wife just wouldn't understand....😟
@beckymurphy47144 жыл бұрын
I'm the same age, and I do it anyway. Even in the middle of the night in my pajamas (Hey, ya gotta take advantage of the snow when you can!). Just do it and have fun, and don't worry what anyone else thinks.

Hey! I'm using a sigma 50mm 1.4 Art for this if I remember rightly. It's what I use for most of my work to be honest!
