Dubai South will be an area larger than Hong Kong. Expo City Dubai will re-purpose 80% of the Expo to create an integrated mixed-use ’15 minute’ community - the UAE's first. As a smart city, it will be a playground for companies pushing the boundaries of AI technologies.

The city is really unique and is a mix of innovation technology and urban planning . You might have not visited the event, it was such a pride to visit it, from the Robots, streets, the lights, the buildings, the paper used for guidance map everything was reused and recycled. Green energy is everywhere you go, in every building there is some kind of innovation that pop up. Dubai itself is very clean, with clean streets, clean water, and almost clean air. With hundreds of nature protected areas spanning all across the UAE preserving wildlife and marine life. Taking small steps to be more sustainable and of course collaboration of corporate companies. With waste to energy plants. Huge solar parks both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, A nuclear Power plant is also built recently. Dubai also achieved 89% of household waste recycling. Shared cycling and construction of new lanes for bikes and jogging tracks are also innovative!
